OPC Funding Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application for funding through the Office of the Attorney General’s Opioid Proceeds Council (OPC), you agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information

Applicants certify that all information provided in the application is true, correct, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

2. Consequences of False Information

Providing false or misleading information, or failing to comply with OPC funding requirements, may result in:

  • Denial of the application

  • Termination of funding

  • Repayment obligations

  • Civil or criminal penalties under CNMI or federal law

3. Compliance Obligations

Recipients of OPC funding must:

  • Follow all OPC reporting requirements

  • Submit financial and narrative reports as requested

  • Maintain records of expenditures and program activities

  • Permit audits or reviews by OPC or authorized agencies

4. Use of Funds

Funding must only be used for the approved project activities and budget items listed in the award agreement. Any changes require prior written approval from OPC.

5. Accountability

Applicants agree to comply with all accountability measures, including possible site visits, monitoring, and performance reviews.

6. Legal Authority

These Terms & Conditions are enforceable under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).
